Leadership Circle Profile Package
The Leadership Circle Profile: You’ll take the scientifically validated 360° leadership assessment that provides objective insight into your leadership strengths, reactive tendencies, and blind spots. I’ll help you interpret the results and translate them into a practical development plan (video link). Three additional coaching sessions, each up to 60 minutes, are included to support you as you put your development plan into action.
Curbside Consults
Similar to tracking down a cardiologist to look at an unusual EKG—these are just-in-time, tactical coaching sessions, perfect for navigating immediate challenges like difficult peer conversations, high-stakes presentation preparation or practice, or workplace conflict resolution. These can also be added after the completion of leadership packages to continue development.
Mini Curbside Consult: A focused conversation, up to 30 minutes, for a specific leadership challenge, difficult interaction, decision, or situation that needs a physician leader's perspective.
Full Curbside Consult: A deeper consultation, up to 60 minutes, for more complex leadership situations requiring additional exploration, perspective, and problem-solving.

Through three rounds of professional layout and refinement, we’ll strategically restructure, professionally rewrite, and polish your CV to present your experience the way executive search firms and hiring committees evaluate physician leaders.

How you handle every step in the interview—the first recruiter email, the panel interviews, and the next-day thank-you—sets the tone.

Over three intensive, one-hour sessions, we will break down executive-level expectations and put you through realistic interview simulations.
